Hlongwa CBO Network is a a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) registered under NPO Act 71 of 1997 and a section 18a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) and therefore has a board of directors who are responsible for the governance of the organisation and are also members of the company. The directors set the strategy for the organisation and approve allocation of funds towards projects inorder to realise the strategic goals. The advisory committee is put in place as an accountability tool for the board.Our management consists of local community members of the communities we serve and are able to relate to both our beneficiaries, strategic partners and project patners.
